No misleading advertising
In line with Financial Conduct Authority and BVRLA guidelines, we ensure that our advertising or promotional material doesn't contain misleading or inaccurate statements. We will not mislead our customers about the benefits of our products or services.
Resolve complaints quickly
We take any customer complaints seriously. Our team will respond to any issues in a speedy, positive and friendly manner.
If a complaint is received, we will issue an acknowledgement within two working days and aim to resolve the dispute within 30 working days.

Each member of the Fleet UK team receives more than sufficient training to carry out their roles efficiently, safely and professionally. All new employees receive induction training and ongoing training to improve skills to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Most of our customers order online with us, however, we provide our services from an established place of business.
