Reviews
We have all the necessary registrations to trade lawfully and can present them to customers when requested. In addition to complying with relevant industry regulations, we put all of our customers at the centre of our business.
As well as offering appropriate products and services, we put your protection above our own profits.
In line with Financial Conduct Authority and BVRLA guidelines, we ensure that our advertising or promotional material doesn't contain misleading or inaccurate statements. We will not mislead our customers about the benefits of our products or services.
We take any customer complaints seriously. Our team will respond to any issues in a speedy, positive and friendly manner.
If a complaint is received, we will issue an acknowledgement within two working days and aim to resolve the dispute within 30 working days.

Who are the BVRLA?
Each member of the Fleet UK team receives more than sufficient training to carry out their roles efficiently, safely and professionally. All new employees receive induction training and ongoing training to improve skills to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Most of our customers order online with us, however, we provide our services from an established place of business.
Any customer is welcome to visit us during working hours at our physical location at 7 Stratfield Park, Elettra Avenue, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 7XN.

From pre-agreement information to the end of contract procedures, our dedicated account managers will provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.
We will provide clear communication on the product or service we're providing, including any associated costs, your rights to cancel and a clear summary of the leasing or finance terms.
We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing and costs for all of our products and services.
Customers will receive written communication for any products and services provided, which may include information on all charges or costs, as well as details on the right to cancel.
