Good news for fans of Audi’s e-tron GT saloon line-up - there’s a new entry-level model back in town. The much-loved Audi e-tron GT Quattro, which disappeared from UK price lists following last year’s facelift, has officially made its comeback, providing an attractive balance between high-end luxury, performance, and everyday practicality.

Lower Price, Same Audi Appeal

Priced from £88,555, the Audi e-tron GT Quattro sits comfortably below the e-tron GT S (£107,825) and the RS (£130,000+) variants, making Audi’s electric GT more accessible than ever. The model is now available to order from late June, with the first deliveries scheduled for August, ideal timing for late summer adventures.

Impressive Performance

Though labelled ‘entry-level’, the e-tron GT Quattro certainly isn’t lacking in power. The dual-motor setup provides 503hp in standard driving conditions, rising to an impressive 584hp when activating launch control. With this boost, the e-tron GT Quattro hits 0-62 mph in just 4.0 seconds, noticeably faster than Porsche’s similarly priced entry-level Taycan, which manages the same in 4.8 seconds.

Audi pairs this performance with a substantial 105 kWh battery (97 kWh usable), giving the e-tron GT Quattro a range of up to 384 miles. This impressive distance ensures it can confidently handle lengthy motorway journeys without frequent charging stops.

Lightning-Fast Charging

One of the Audi e-tron GT’s standout features remains its rapid-charging capability, thanks to advanced 800-volt electrical architecture. Connect to an ultra-fast 320 kW charger, and you’ll be able to replenish your battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 18 minutes. To put it in context, a mere ten-minute charge adds around 177 miles of driving range, which is ideal for those quick motorway service stops.

Standard Equipment

Even in this base Quattro trim, the Audi e-tron GT is generously equipped. You’ll find 20-inch alloy wheels, Matrix LED headlights, and a panoramic glass roof that floods the cabin with natural light. The interior experience isn’t lacking either, with heated leather sport seats, dual-screen digital displays (a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital cockpit), advanced self-parking technology, and an efficient heat pump designed to optimise battery range in cooler temperatures.

For those wanting even more luxury, the higher-spec Quattro Vorsprung adds features such as dynamic LED lighting, black-metallic alloy wheels, all-wheel steering and premium Nappa leather upholstery.

Style, Comfort, and Practicality

Aside from its performance credentials, the Audi e-tron GT Quattro remains highly practical for daily use and long journeys alike. A spacious 405-litre boot at the rear and an additional 77-litre storage compartment at the front make it genuinely useful as a grand tourer.

The return of the entry-level e-tron GT Quattro is great news for those who appreciate Audi’s approach to electric luxury but found the higher-end trims slightly beyond budget. This more affordable variant brings the desirable design, technology, and performance of the e-tron GT closer to reach for many UK drivers.
