Supermarkets changing Pay at Pump authorisation amount

Over the last few days, there have been reports from across the UK that supermarket chains Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda are about to start charging customers a £99 deposit, taken straight from their card or bank before motorists are allowed to fill up with fuel. Changes are being made to the way pay-at-pump payments work at Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda forecourts across the UK.
